Where is my package?
All packages will be shipped out via USPS in 3-4 days after order is received unless specified otherwise, not including weekends or holidays. Sales, promotions, and new drops may extend that time period by 1-2 days.
If you placed a pre-order, they will be shipped out as soon as production is complete. Any "In Stock" items will be shipped separately.
Will all products be in stock on your website?
Yes, unless it's labelled as "limited". Limited release will not be restocked.
Can we pick up products in person?
If you live near Mechanicsville, Va, then it can be arranged.
My product(s) were damaged in transit or a design was incorrect, What should I do?
Please contact us right away with your order number and issue that you're having. We will do our best to help you.
How small is your business?
Currently, the designers of the stickers are myself, my wife, and my mother-in-law. Our kids are starting to come up with their own ideas. All the production occurs at our home.
How are packages shipped?
All stickers are shipped in a bubble mailer or flat envelope with cardboard depending on size. Inside you will find a clear resealable bag which holds some cardboard (for protection) and your sticker inside. Your product should be protected and arrive to you undamaged.
Why is USPS the only shipping option?
Shipping a letter through UPS or fedex is quite expensive. USPS First Class mail provides an affordable, safe way for us to provide you with a quality product and stay in business. If you need something overnight - then email us and we can manage that for you.
Can I get a different size, design, or material?
We are happy to print different sizes, designs, or on different materials. See more details in the "Customize" link at the bottom of this page, or just send us an email with any questions.
